Javier Jiménez Gutiérrez

Javier Jiménez Gutiérrez has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He has a Master's degree in Comparative Law from Harvard University and another Master's degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Oxford. He is a partner at the law firm Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle, where he has practiced law for more than 30 years, specializing in corporate law and international arbitration. As a university professor, for more than 15 years he taught arbitration at the Center for Economic Research and Teaching (CIDE) and is currently a professor of Comparative Law at the Universidad Panamericana.
